Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
We send an order confirmation email for every order. If this isn’t in your inbox, please check all your email folders, including your spam folder.
Can I amend my order?
To ensure a fast and efficient service, our production processes run 24 hours a day and are fully automated. Your item enters production as soon as you have ordered and unfortunately we are unable to make amendments. Our Live Preview feature enables you to view how your finished item will look. Please double check that you are happy with your order before purchasing.
Why have I only received part of my order?
As our products are custom made, some take longer than others to create. We don't want to keep you waiting, so we send everything as soon as it's ready. We also dispatch items separately as they often come from different production facilities. We show expected production times for each product on the relevant product page.
When will my order arrive?
To ensure that we can offer a fantastic range of products to our customers, our products are dispatched from multiple production facilities. This means items may arrive separately, and on different days. We display the time each item takes to produce on the relevant product page, and the delivery options available for that product. For example, if an item takes 2 days to produce, plus 2 days shipping, delivery can be expected in approximately 4 days. Our full delivery information can be viewed here.
