Guaranteed Next Day Delivery* - £7.50 Dispatched by Royal Mail SpecialDelivery. Order by 2pm and receive the following working day. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will arrive on Saturday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Not available on Bank Holidays. Delivery Terms

Delivery addresses provided must be accurate and include a full postcode, in accordance with Royal Mail addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode being provided by the customer, an additional fee will occur for re-dispatch of the order (minimum of £5.00).

Personalised Football Gifts does everything possible to ensure your item arrives safely and within the quoted time - we guarantee to dispatch everything in the time we say. Unfortunately we cannot account for extenuating circumstances such as Industrial Action on the part of Royal Mail or other factors which would influence their delivery i.e. adverse weather conditions.

In the event that we re-dispatch your order and the original order is returned to us as ‘Undelivered’ or ‘Not called for’ by Royal Mail, Personalised Football Gifts reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 100% of the order value.

If the product(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 28 days of placing the order, Personalised Football Gifts do not accept liability unless you have contacted us via email within this period.

Received someone else's order

Will I have to sign for my order?

No, not unless you have selected Next Day delivery. However, your item is very unlikely to fit through your letter box. We recommend getting it delivered to a work address or somewhere where someone is in most days.

If you are out when it is delivered, a card will be left for you (as per standard Royal Mail procedure) and you can contact your local sorting office to arrange redelivery.

If you fail to collect the product from Royal Mail, it will usually be returned to us after 14 days. In such cases you will not be entitled to a refund.

Which teams are available for this deal?

We are very sorry if your preferred team is not available on the deal you have selected.  Our products are officially licensed and as such, we are only able to produce these product for teams which we hold the licence. 

Please view the deal page where you purchased the voucher for a full list of teams available for your deal. 

If your preferred team is not available, you could either select an alternative team, or contact your deal site to request a refund.

Will there be a tracking reference with my order?

No, not unless you selected the Next Day delivery option.  

All of our orders (both UK and International) are despatched by Royal Mail.  This service is not tracked, unless you have selected the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service (UK only).

 

Can I Amend my order?

At this busy time of year, production for personalised products can begin immediately.  Our production team is working extended hours to cope with increased volumes and therefore it may not always be possible to make any amendments before your order is processed.

Customers wishing to make an amendment to an order should contact us by phone on 01388 528000 immediately. Our office hours are 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-4 Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. 

Customers who are unable to call can contact us using the form below.  Please be aware that we will read these emails as priority, however we cannot guarantee that they will be read in time to amend the order before production begins.  It is always best to call us for the best chance of amending your order before it is processed.

If your order has already been printed and/or despatched with the original personalisation, we can certainly reprint your order, usually for a reduced reprint charge.  Charges vary per product.

Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can select an alternative delivery address to your billing address.  You will be asked to enter in your billing and delivery address separately during the order process.

We will deliver the products ordered to the address provided for delivery when the order was placed. If any of the details provided in the delivery address are incorrect or insufficient, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Can I include a message in with my order?

Due to the nature of our products, it is not possible to include a ‘Message to the recipient’.

Will an invoice be included with my order?

No, we never include an invoice with your gift. We do sometimes include a letter and/or leaflets informing the recipient of various promotions.

Do I have to personalise my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to despatch any orders without personalisation. 

Please ensure all personalisation fields are completed in order to prevent a delay with your order being despatched.
